Structural Specifications
  • SJ-2400 Series are PVC base coatings designed to be applied on soft PVC substrates.

  • Shade measuring: A 50-micron film is created on glass using a film applicator, and colour-matched against the reference shade.
 
Additional Information
  • SJ-2400 Series are available in all base and compound shades.
  • The difference between these products and the SK-1600 series is in the kind of coating they yield on PVC surfaces; these products produce a film with a much higher coating ability.
  • Given their viscosity, we recommend that these products are mixed with a SH-703 solvent at an approximate 1:2 ratio before use.

Storage Conditions
  • Store for up to one year at 50 ºC in properly sealed cans.

Industrial Safety
  • SJ-2400 Series are flammable.
  • Avoid contact with skin or eyes.
