Structural Specifications
  • This product is a solvent based pigment paste.
  • Organic and inorganic pigments are dispersed in solvents in a way that they can be utilized in the production of synthetic PU leather.

Applications
  • This product is developed to color-coat urethane products, especially those used in the manufacturing of synthetic PU leather.

Technical Specifications
  • (These technical data are measured and recorded in the quality control lab upon the production of each batch and prior to shipment)
  • Shade measuring  :Colour-matched pigment pastes are tested in PU compounds in our lab, and then measured against the reference color.
  • Pigment migration:The product is tested in a PU compound. After the production of the synthetic leather film, the pigment migration test is performed

  • Our pigment pastes are available as follows:
  • Light resistance index: 8 is considered high, 5 average, and 3 low.
  • The amount of paste used in the poly-urethane compound varies according to the desired shade.

Storage Conditions
  • This product can be stored for up to one year at 50 ºC in properly sealed cans.

Industrial Safety
  • This product is flammable.
  • Avoid contact with skin or eyes.
